Drew Fracher has been working throughout the U.S. as a Fight Director for over 25 years. Recent choreographic credits include OTHELLO and world premieres of THE DEAD EYE BOY and HIDING BEHIND COMETS at the Cincinnati Playhouse, PETER PAN, DRACULA, HAMLET and many Humana Plays at Actor’s Theatre of Louisville, and a wide variety of productions at the Alabama, Georgia, and Kentucky Shakespeare Festivals. He is a Master Teacher of stage combat, instructing students at training programs and universities internationally. Of late his focus has been directing, with credits including OPUS and MOONLIGHT AND MAGNOLIAS for the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, HENRY IV pt. 1 and MACBETH at Georgia Shakespeare, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and THE TEMPEST at Cincinnati Shakespeare Co. and OTHELLO at American Stage Theatre Co. With playwright David Richmond, he is the co-author of several swashbuckling plays including, ROBIN HOOD, ZORRO: THE CURSE OF CAPISTRANO and SWORD SONG, based on the life of Julie de Maupin.
