How much does it cost to join and renew my membership with the SAFD and how long does it last?

The following is the current SAFD membership rates an terms.

Special Offer: Persons who have not previously been members of the SAFD, and who join using our online payment processor or pay for their new membership at a sanctioned SAFD Skills Poficiency Workshop, pay just $30.00 US for their first year of membership.

• Friends of the SAFD memberships are $45.00 per year
• Actor Combatant memberships are $45.00 per year
• Advanced Actor Combatant memberships are $45.00
• Certified Teacher memberships, including fees, are $235.00 and are good for three (3) years
• Fight Directors memberships, including fees, are $335.00 and are good for three (3) years

Are there exceptions to these rates?

Yes. Certain members are exempt from paying membership dues. You can view the list of those exemptions at: http://www.safd.org/faq/safd-membership/membership-dues-exemptions
