I requested a password reset, but I never received a reply. Why?
Symptom: You try to login to the site, but receive an error message saying that your username and/or password is invalid. So, you requested to have your username and password sent to you in an email using the form provided on the site. However, that email never arrives. What gives?
Probable cause: The most likely reason for this is that you entered a username instead of an email address in the request form. However, the email address linked to that username does not match with the one you think it does. Either the email address linked to the username is no longer valid, or the email was sent to an active email address that you do not use (or use infrequently).
Another reason that you have not received the email may be due to how your email service/client is configured to prevent SPAM. If settings are too strict, your reply may end up in your SPAM folder, or it could have gotten deleted or bounced.
Solution: Check to see if the reply email ended up in your SPAM folder. If not, do not register for a new site account. Contact John Teague for assistance. He can check your site account, manually correct the problem, and send you your login information.
