I signed up for a site account, but I don't see my membership data. Why?

Sympton: You are a current member, and you just registered for a SAFD web site account. But when you sign in you don't see your membership details on the home page or in your site account page.

Probable cause: This probably means that you used a different email address to sign up for your site account from the one we have on file for your membership. Your email address is used to syncronize your site account and your membership data. Your site account email address needs to match the email address we have on file for your membership. This does not mean that you do not have a current membership.

Solution: Contact John Teague for assistance. He can make the adjustments necessary to syncronize your account manually.
