Aaron received honors of Advanced Gold with Recommendation from the British Academy of Dramatic Combat and also Basic Pass in Knife, Unarmed Combat and Rapier and Dagger from the Society of American Fight Directors. In addition to his training in Tai Chi he is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. After spending seven years in Chicago working with such theatre companies as The Court Theatre, Walkabout Theater Company, Lucky Plush Productions, Irish Repertory, Greasy Joan & Co. and Bailiwick Repertory Aaron is excited to be back working in Minneapolis. Aaron has created fights for The Mammals Theater Company, Island Players, the University of Wisconsin Marathon County, Eat Street Players and Lyric Arts Company of Anoka. He has worked on the film Statue of David where he was both Stunt Coordinator and Stunt Double. Aaron was also a precision stunt driver for the movie Thin Ice. He has also worked as a teacher for the Guthrie Theatre, Park Square Theatre, the University of Minnesota and Winona State University. In addition, Aaron is co-creator of An Evening of Experimental Repertory an exploration in how the principles of Jazz can be used in creating new works of theatre. Regional credits include work with Berkeley Repertory, the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Park Square Theatre and the Children’s Theatre Company. Aaron is a graduate of the Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
