As a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, Angela has worked across the country as a stage combat teacher and fight director.  She has a number of private and university teaching credits across the US, including Roosevelt University, University of Maine, Shakespeare & Company and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she is a regular guest artist.  As a fight director, she has worked in Chicago, New York, and many places in between on productions such as Romeo and Juliet, Othello, Richard III, Cyrano de Bergerac, The House of Bernarda Alba, History of the Devil, Fuddy Meers, Seashore, The Oresteia and Sueno.  Recent credits include Almost, Maine, Carousel, and True West with the Belfast Maskers, A Lie of the Mind with Bates College, Peter Pan and the Maine premiere of Maritius with the Penobscot Theatre Company, and Macbeth and Hamlet with the Theater at Monmouth.  She also works as a director, and has directed a number of staged readings, as well as full productions of Henry IV, Part 1 and The Mousetrap, among others.
