Woolley is proud to be one of the SAFD Fight Masters. A resident of Chicago, Woolley has staged over 500 productions at all of the Equity Theaters in town, including our regional Tony Award winners: the Goodman, Steppenwolf, Victory Gardens, and Chicago Shakespeare. He was given a 2010 Joseph Jefferson Award for Fight Direction for the Pulitzer Prize nominee "the Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity" ; He is a Senior Lecturer at Columbia College Chicago, where he has taught for the past 25 years. And, he performs as Guido Crescendo in Dirk and Guido the Swordsmen!, now in their 22nd year.
